What do we expect from an engineering strategy? How does it relate to business? How do the teams contribute? How do we communicate it? How do we make it real? How does it impact the architecture? These are some of the questions that we face when we do for the first time an 'engineering strategy' During this talk, we will see what an engineering strategy is (and what it is not), the importance of collaboration during the whole process, and how tools like #DDD, #TeamTopologies, and #ValueStreams can help us design our strategy.
