Developer Advocate @ PagerDuty

I'm Tiago, a Developer Advocate for PagerDuty and an open source contributor and maintainer. Before joining PagerDuty, I led the cloud and platform engineering teams at MUSIC Tribe, working on cloud-connected instruments. My career has always been focused on supporting developers and engineering teams worldwide, first at Microsoft (10 years) and then at AWS (2 years). I'm an experienced public speaker, regularly participating in meetups and conferences.
