Fernando has been in the industry for longer than I'd like to admit (pre-internet era). Over these years, he has experienced various forms of organizational structures in the workplace and their evolution to the present day. He has taken on leadership roles as well as individual contributor roles in teams and initiatives, actively participating on both sides of responsibility while maintaining a constant connection with code and systems. He identifies himself as an advocate of the Lean approach, following the Toyota vision. Since 2022, he has been a part of Software Crafters Barcelona. Currently, he is launching an initiative to teach Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to newcomers through a card system published on theddduniverse.com.
